After working for several well known companies in Cambridge, I decided to start my own business. I am finally on my way to be what I can be and cook the way I like it most.
I bought a trailer and I started my Street Trading business.

Besides doing Street Trading, I am oferring a range of quality catering services, which are unique through the combination of international traditional dishes with modern stylish cuisine.
I enjoy creating savorous salads, meat dishes and I cook the best 10 soups in the world :) !
What makes me special is the taste of my food. When you eat once, you will want more. I enjoy eating good, tasty food and I believe that food can bring you joy and happiness.
I am a big advocate of natural, organic ingredients and of simple, healthy food.
